All Full Time Teachers and HoDs are appointed in substantive posts as well as State Aided College Teachers (SACT) are members of the Teachers’ Council. The Principal/TIC acts as the President of this council. The Secretary of Teachers’ Council is elected at the beginning of Academic Session from among the full-time teachers. The Teachers’ Council includes all full-time teachers, including the SACTs, who are appointed to substantive posts within the institution.
