College Magazine

The college magazine “জলঙ্গী (Jalangi)” is an annual publication of the college. It is written by the college students, teachers and non-teaching staff. The magazine contains poems, articles, short stories, short essays etc. and an elaborate photo gallery providing glimpses of the campus activities. The students and the teachers and non- teaching staff get a scope to show their creative power through it. The magazine also contains valuable speeches and message by the principal.

The of the Research, Publication & Magazine Sub- Committee comprises of the editor, co-editor and other members for the English as well as the Bengali section. The magazine committee invites writings from the students and teachers and non-teaching staff. The editorial board selects the qualified ones for printing. The college magazine serves many useful purposes. The most important is that it brings out the latent creative talents of the students and thus helps them to form the habit of reading and writing. It also helps them to hone their intellectual skills as well as benefits in widening the horizons of knowledge. This gives a chance to the other students to be inspired by their peers’ experience.
